By accessing or using CyberThea, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of CyberThea or to products and services available through CyberThea.

2. Description of Service
CyberThea is a cyberthreat intelligence Software as a Service (SaaS) that allows users to compile leaks and other types of cyberthreats from the dark web. Users may submit domain names or keywords for verification prior to scanning.

3. User Registration
Users may be required to register an account with CyberThea. By registering, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.

4. User Conduct
You agree to use CyberThea only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You may not use CyberThea to engage in any illegal activity or to violate the rights of others.

5. Payment
Payments for CyberThea services are processed through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to abide by Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy.

6. Intellectual Property
The content and materials available through CyberThea are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on this content without the express written consent of CyberThea.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
CyberThea is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CyberThea does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information obtained through the service.

8. Limitation of Liability
CyberThea shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of or inability to use CyberThea.

9. Modification of Terms
CyberThea reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on CyberThea.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
